Location: Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, 250 Sukhumvit Road between Soi 12-14. BTS Asoke.
Last Visit: April 2008.
Prices: cover charge on special occasions.
Comments: Nice club but often rather empty.

Location: 26 Sukhumvit soi 11, on your right hand side, toward the end of the soi (before it turns to the right).

Prices: 700 baht with 2 drinks.
Comments: A nice club, a must see in Bangkok, but tends to gather always the same crowd of trendy farangs and their girl-friend, gig, etc.

Location: Small soi off of Sri Ayudhaya.

Comments: The place is nicer but still the same crowd. Latest review here.
- Climax Bangkok*** (previously called Spice Club)
Location: Ambassador Hotel (basement floor) on Sukhumvit Soi 11.
Last Visit: Sept 2009.
Prices: 200 baht with 1 drink (all drinks available).
Comments: Loud music. Lots of freelancers from the Sukhumvit bars around after 2am. Now that Nana Disco is closed, this is basically the only place with freelancers on Sukhumvit after 2am.

Location: NOVOTEL Bangkok on Siam Square, Siam Square soi 6.
Last Visit: Dec 2008.
Prices: 350 baht with one drink.
Comments: one of the few places with East European Girls. Apart from that, definitely not a good club anymore. Latest review here.

Location: 29 Sukhumvit Soi 1(Corner of Sukhumvit soi 1 and Sukhumvit road).

Prices: No cover charge.
Comments: Cool open air bar with a live band and nice club with no cover charge. The club is often quite empty, though.

Location: Sukhumvit soi 23. Actually off soi 23 in a small soi. Take a right on soi 23 at the first intersection and then a left at the next one.

Prices: 200 baht with 1 drink.
Comments: Never seen any freelancers there.

- Lucky VII Pub Bangkok (replaces the old Lucky Pub)**
Location: Most taxis will know Lucky and will take you there for free since they get money from the club for each passenger. Lucky VII is located in Din Daeng. Coming along Ratchaprarop from Silom end, go over the railway line turn right onto the low level elevated road (which itself is under the expressway), a couple of hundred meters along turn left to the Din Daeng exit and it is about ½ way to Din Daeng intersection on the right. You can also come in from the other end of the same low level elevated Rd, which starts just beside the toll way gates at Asoke. Thirdly you can also come in from the Din Daeng / Songkhro intersection itself.

Prices: 300 baht with one drink. Around 2500 baht for a bottle with 4 mixers (for 5 people).

Location: 34 Sukhumvit soi 11. Opposite Fenix Restaurant. Go down soi 11 and make a left. The club is on your right.

Prices: 500 baht (Mon-Thu) - 700 baht (Fri-Sun) - 2 drinks.
Comments: Not the best place to find freelancers but a good place to start the night.

Comments: Many freelancers here targeting the upscale market.
