Viva Palace Bangkok is located on Sukhaphiban (or Sukapiban) soi 3, and all I can tell you is that it is East of the old International Airport, Don Mueang Airport. Quite a long way!
Viva Palace is a standard Massage Parlor with a fishbowl and big rooms with large jacuzzi-like bath tubes.
Prices range from 1,900 baht to 2,600 baht.
