Guest Friendly Hotel: The Four Wings Hotel Bangkok, Sukhumvit
by Suk Psycho ~ February 3rd, 2011. Filed under: Hotels.The Four Wings hotel is a large 4 star hotel (312 rooms) probably underrated because of it’s location down Sukhumvit soi 26. However if you are looking for a high end hotel not too far from the center but still in a quiet area, Four Wings Hotel is a good option. Unlike Sukhumvit soi 24, soi 26 is a quiet soi with few shops and restaurants, no bar, and trees on the sidewalk.
The Four Wings hotel is located in the middle of soi 26, 300 meters from Sukhumvit Road on one side and 300 meters from Phra Ram 4 (Rama 4) on the other side. Using one side or the other, taxis can get you quickly to Nana and Cowboy or to Patpong and Silom. Or you can walk to the BTS station (Phrom Phong – 15 minutes) or take a motorcycle taxi next to the hotel.
The good thing with Four Wings hotel is that it is very close to soi 24/1, the soi with Angel Massage and several other massage shops, and even closer to Snow White Massage shop.
A standard room at the desk will cost you 3,000 baht (single) or 3,400 (twin) including breakfast, but it is much cheaper on Agoda (1,500 up).
The Four Wings Hotel is Guest Friendly but only if you book a twin or double room. Else it will cost you 700 baht per visitor. Make sure you book accordingly.
Like many other high end hotels, Four Wings charge for Internet access in your room: 300 baht for 1 hour or 600 for 1 day.
Facilities include a Beauty Salon, a Business Center, a Fitness Center, a Massage shop, a Sauna, a Squash Court and a Swimming Pool.
