Massage Shops on Ladprao, Bangkok
by Suk Psycho ~ January 4th, 2011. Filed under: Massage.Let’s start 2011 reviews with a couple of Massage Shops off the beaten track: on soi Ladprao.
First, about Ladprao: Ladprao, or Lard Prao, or Latphrao, is a large avenue similar to Sukhumvit or Rama 4, but located on the Northern part of Bangkok and connecting the Chatuchak area (and the Chatuchak week-end market) to the Eastern suburbs of the city. There is no particular reason to go there, but if you happen to be there or to stay there for a couple days, there are a few shops that you might want to check out.
V2 Night Entertainment is an old fashioned Soapy Massage Parlor similar to the old ones you can find on Ratchada. This place has seen better days, that you can tell. The building is old and so is the inside furniture. But there is a huge area with sofas, like a fishbowl without window, and quite a lot of girls for such a remote area. Unfortunately they’re all rather old and chubby compare to other shops. Prices range from 1,600 to 1,900 baht.
One of our readers sent us a review about this place a while ago.
Next to V2 Entertainment is a smaller shop called Ma Spa, on the same small place off Ladprao road, that looks more like a Teen Massage shop as there is no fishbowl and no girl “on display”. Girls are younger and cuter. They call them for you and they have them lined up in front of you for you to chose. Price is 1,600 baht for 1.5 hours.
Find address details on the Massage Parlor page and the Teen Massage page.
Is it worth going that far to check out those shops? Definitely not. But once again, if you happen to be in the area or are willing to try something new, this can be an option.
