Bangkok Guest Friendly Hotels: 2 more Hotels on Sukhumvit
by Suk Psycho ~ September 9th, 2010. Filed under: Hotels.According to one of our favorite readers (those who comment, post or send emails
), Gavinmac, the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit Hotel is Guest Friendly and so is the Tai-Pan Hotel Sukhumvit (or at least was, 2 years ago).
No need to introduce the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, a 5star hotel ideally located on Asoke.
Tai-Pan is a medium-sized boutique hotel, also very well located on Sukhumvit 23, 2 minute walk from soi Cowboy. It advertises free WIFI high speed Internet.
I have added both hotels to the long list of guest friendly hotels on Sukhumvit.
All the Guest Friendly Hotels in Bangkok are listed here.
Note: I always check the hotels and verify the information provided here, however I strongly suggest that you confirm all details with the reception BEFORE booking. Prices are valid at the time of writing only.

Tai Pan is a 3-ish star hotel. The deluxe rooms are decent value for about 3000 baht a night. The deluxe rooms are large, king size beds, internet, walking distance to Soi Cowboy. Not luxurious but no complaints.
I used Starwood points to stay at Shertaton Grande. Very nice.

I stayed at the Tai-Pan last year and it was not guest-friendly. They charged 600 baht for lady friend to stay.

Emailed Tai-Pan. 700 baht joiner fee.

Wow, this is amazing. I was there Aug 12th-16th and each and every night I brought back gals to my room, they gave their ID to the front desk and I went and got laid. No extra charge what so ever.

Maybe some of the staff are prudes, and you just have to time it for when they’re not there?
