It says it’s a weekly contest. I entered. See what happens. I’ve always avoided the place, as I’ve heard it sucks the money right out of your wallet. If I win, I’ll give it a whirl.

Well, I submitted my e-mail address last night, and so far nothing has appeared in my inbox. No, I didn’t expect to win right away, but I did figure there’d be some sort of confirmation message. Supposedly, this all involves signing up for the bar’s newsletter, so I’ll wait and see if that ever arrives.

It’s been more than a week now since I submitted my e-mail address, and I’ve heard nuttin’. It was supposed to be for some sort of weekly or semi-weekly newsletter, but nothing’s appeared so far. I’ll bet no one’s winning any curtain time either. Seriously, I’ve heard not many good things about this place, except from guys with deep pockets.

Flaming? Didn’t mean to flame, but I really have heard this place is a money-sucker. Zaps it right out of your wallet, they say. Walking past, the pulchritude at the door was of insufficient quality to persuade me to stop in.
Call me an impatient bastard but it seems they could send some sort of automated response just to let you know you’re on the list. @princemv2: Do you mean you still have receievd no response? Or you finally just now received one after all this time?
