Guest Friendly Hotel - Windy Inn, Walking Street, Pattaya

Windy Inn Pattaya: 8 mini suites with sea view and 16 comfortable rooms (as they say). The rooms go for 800 to 1,000 baht (low season/high season) and the suites for 1,100 to 1,300 baht (low season/high season).
Of course no Internet anywhere, but the hotel is Guest Friendly and so close to the Walking Street that you will probably hear when bars and clubs close. 
But during the day you will enjoy the beach, the sea view, the pool and the quiet Walking Street.
A place to try IMO. (Note that I have no incentive as this place is not available for booking neither on Agoda, nor on r24).
