Perfect Spa & Massage is not a naughty massage place. You can tell as soon as you enter and see the older and quite unattractive ladies who work there. However they provide rooms for Paradise Massage & Relax when this one is full or when only expensive rooms are availble (Paradise Massage & Relax has an extensive price list with different rates for the different kinds of rooms).

The rooms at Perfect Massage are large and in good conditions, with private shower. No luxury but good standard.

If they want to push you to an expensive room at Paradise Massage & Relax (2,500 baht for 90 minutes including a special), be aware that they have another option that they may not mention straight away. Perfect Spa & Massage is located next door to Paradise Massage & Relax, on Sukhumvit soi 26. And of course the lady of your choice will follow you (she will not leave you alone with the old masseuses next door!).
