One of them is Ruen Thai Massage shop. This shop is located between soi 24/1 and soi 26 and has an entrance on both side. The main entrance is on soi 26.
The rooms are small and with no shower. The only shower available is outside of the room. The massage is ok but not great. The girl was sexy but not really good either. Less professional than in the dedicated places. Anyway, the fun is more in what can happen between you and the girl in such a small and rather open space, than the oily massage by itself.
As in the Teen Shops, 1 hour oil massage is priced 400 baht.

I use this place fairly regularly as I like a dpendable oil massage with a 500 bht happy ending. Tookta is no stunner but provides a good massage and concentrates on the bits that matter and is not adverse to sticking her finger up your arse at the key moments. Am is cute, not such a good masseur, but will let you feel her tits and snog you (well, me anyway).
A functional place that does the (hand) job.
