Fancy a room with a panoramic view on soi Cowboy? It is now possible at Grande Centre Point Hotel and Residence.
Grande Centre Point Bangkok is the latest hotel of the Centre Point group (several hotels and Serviced Apartments in Bangkok). It is located on Sukhumvit road at the Asok junction, in the Terminal 21 building, next to the Terminal 21 shopping center.

The hotel faces Asok road (Sukhumvit soi 21) and offers a panoramic view on the Eastern part of the city, including soi Cowboy, across the street. A great view to chose what Go-Go bar you will start with once you’ll have left your hotel room!
And Grande Centre Point Hotel is guest friendly. No joiner fee.
The current walk in rate is 3,100 baht net for a Superior Classic room (standard room), including breakfast and free WIFI. Cheaper rates are Continue reading »

Pamee Massage Bangkok is a small Thai & Oil Massage shop located on the small soi 14, off Silom road, near Sofitel Silom Hotel.

There are several shops scattered around Sofitel Silom Hotel and Pamee Massage is one of them. Unlike other shops (that are directly on Silom road), Pamee Massage is tucked away in the small soi 14, but the sign above shows you the way from the main road. Outside of the shop the massage girls are sitting and waving the passerby. You can’t miss it. Continue reading »

The Pattaya Go-Go Bar scene is much more active than the Bangkok‘s one. But maybe this is because Go-Go Bars open and close at a faster pace. And because Pattaya is all about Beer Bars and Go-Go Bars. Not much to do in the massage area.
The latest Go-Go Bar to open in Pattaya is Lighthouse A-Go-Go, a small Go-Go Bar that opened directly on Walking Street a few days ago.
Reviews I read about this place are not clear about the exact location (and SP’s next trip to Pattaya is not planned yet, unfortunately), but I understand it is located at the beginning of Walking Street, opposite Farenheit A-Go-Go.
Barfine price is not confirmed either. I read 600 and 1,000 baht.
The draft beer will cost you 80 baht, soft drinks 100 baht and Continue reading »

Embrace Spa Bangkok is a Teen Spa located in an apartment building on Lat Phrao soi 48/1, not far from Fruity Spa Bangkok.
The shop is located in one of the rooms, that actually look like hotel rooms, on the 10th floor, and the massage probably takes place in another room on the same floor. Quite a unique experience!
Embrace Spa only offers full option oil massages: 2,200 baht for 1 hour and 15 minutes (!) with a Pretty and 2,800 baht for the same amount of time with a Model. Quite expensive if you compare with other shops, even for a Teen Spa.
They only had 2 girls when I visited.
Considering the far away location, the prices and the lack of talents, Continue reading »

Directly opposite Star Inn Hotel, on Sukhumvit soi 7/1, World Inn Hotel Bangkok offers the same services and the same prices. The room are basic but in good conditions and very similar to the ones at Star Inn next door.
It is actually much better than the Nana Plaza ST rooms, for the same price or even cheaper. It is worth the short walk IMO!
They also have very affordable all night rates (800-1,000 baht) in case you change your mind and decide to stay for the night.
All Bangkok ST Hotels are listed here.

Sense & Spirit Home Spa Bangkok is a Teen Spa located on Srinakarin (aka Srinagarindra) soi 57, near the Paradise Park shopping center.
This Massage Shop has been reviewed twice by forum readers here.
Sense & Spirit Home Spa offers 3 different massage courses and several options, including 4-hand massage, starting at 799 baht for 1 hour.
I haven’t visited the place yet but both reviews are positive and the shop looks good on the pictures.
Srinakarin road is a bit far away from downtown (North-East, at the very end of On Nut road, aka Sukhumvit 77), but Continue reading »

Will RCA become a new massage area like Ratchada or Phrom Phong (Sukhumvit soi 22, 31, 33, 24, 24/1 and 26)?
I said that Happiness Massage was the first and only massage shop on RCA, I was wrong. Well, maybe it was the first, but it is not the only one. Kitty Spa Pretty Model Massage has just opened directly on RCA, a few hundred meters down the road when arriving from Rama 9 road, past the nightclubs (Route 66, Slim, etc.), on the left, almost opposite a 7-eleven store (if you pass the 7-Eleven you have been too far).
You won’t miss the pink shop with the pink curtains and the pink sign (see picture below). You can see it from RCA.

Kitty Spa is a Teen Spa offering Oil Massage by ‘Pretties‘ and ‘Models‘ with different options (Models are more expensive). It is a brand new shop and when I visited they only had 2 girls on their photo album and 3 in the shops. They are still in the process of recruiting and taking pictures. Continue reading »

If you like modern style trendy hotels and endless parties, you will love Aloft Hotel Bangkok.
This brand new hotel of the Starwood Group is all about LED lights, glass panes, fancy furniture and interactive displays and is located in the most exciting nightlife street of Bangkok, Sukhumvit soi 11, directly opposite Bed Supperclub.
They currently run a promotional rate of 2,111 baht++ (or 2,484.65 baht net) for the Chic room (standard room) without breakfast but with free WIFI. The superior rooms are a bit more expensive but they have a view (the view from the Chic rooms is blocked by the building next door). Anyway, what view can you expect from Sukhumvit soi 11? I guess that people who stay there don’t stay for the view.
Aloft Hotel Bangkok is guest friendly. They will not charge any joiner fee, however your unregistered guest will be request to leave an ID at the reception during his/her stay at the hotel. Continue reading »

A reader asked me about the recent Terrorism Threat and the Lebanese man arrested in Bangkok
I don’t have much to say about that. Everything has been said in the newspapers.
However I thought that the cartoon below, by Stephff, was appropriate for this blog (click to enlarge).

Magic Relax Bangkok is a traditional massage shop, but the fact that they advertise on several Bangkok magazines (including the naughty ones) leads to believe that they provide more than traditional massages.
Magic Relax is located on Soi Phrom Sri, aka Sukhumvit Soi 49/11, a rather long soi that connects Sukhumvit soi 39 and 49. The shop is right opposite Soi Phrom Sri 2, on the right hand side when arriving from soi 39.
From outside it looks like a very legitimate shop, but who knows what happens inside. They provide Foot Massage, Thai Massage, Oil Massage, Aroma Massage, 4 Hands Massage and more at standard prices. Outside service is also available.
Pictures of the therapists are displayed on the website, and Continue reading »
